Do you photograph destination weddings elsewhere in Florida?
Yes. We photograph destination weddings all over Florida, from the Florida Keys to the Tampa area, where we’ve photographed a wedding at The Secret Garden at Paradise Spring. Whether you’re planning a beach weekend, a garden ceremony or a resort celebration, we bring the same candid style and relaxed, guided portraits. Tell us your venue and we’ll plan around its light and weather.
How far in advance should we book a destination wedding photographer?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, and for a destination wedding, earlier is better. Booking early gives us time to plan travel, learn your venue and build a timeline around local light and weather. Because we’re a team of photographers, we can often still help with closer dates, so reach out even if your wedding is coming up soon.
Is an engagement session included with destination wedding photography?
Yes. When you book your wedding photography, your engagement session is complimentary. Sessions last 2 to 3 hours and start at 9 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM or 3 PM, or as late as 5 PM during daylight saving time. If your location requires a photo permit, you cover that fee. Let us know where you’d like your session on the inquiry form, and we’ll help you plan it.
Can you bring a videographer to our destination wedding?
Topflash Photography is photography only, so our team stays focused on your photos. If you’d also like a wedding film, we work with a partner videographer who can join us for your destination celebration. Mention video on your inquiry form and we’ll help you coordinate, so your photo and video coverage follows the same plan from the welcome party to the farewell brunch.
How do we check availability and pricing for our destination wedding?
Submit the inquiry form on our wedding booking page with your date, location and the events you’d like covered. You’ll automatically receive our wedding collections by email, and our team will confirm whether your date is open. From there, we’ll talk through travel and the details of your celebration. It only takes a minute, and there’s no obligation.
